PLEASE RESPECT YOUR GROOMING APPOINTMENT TIME!
Being as little as 15 minutes late can result in a need to reschedule.
Not keeping your appointment, showing up for your appointment, or failing to cancel your appointment in a reasonable amount of time will result in a $25 charge that will be applied to your next grooming bill. Please try and give at least 24 hour notice if you need to cancel, or reschedule your appointment, so that the time slot can be given to someone else that needs it. If you no-call/no-show at least 3 times you will either have to prepay for your next grooming or you will no longer be allowed to book grooming services with us.
